By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or place an order.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to your use of the Website, purchases, accounts, promotions, reviews and related services. They operate together with our Privacy Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Seller
Unless the checkout states otherwise, YI KA INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LIMITED is the seller and payment recipient. We may use third-party payment, fulfilment, delivery and customer-service providers without limiting our legal responsibilities.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract, provide accurate and current information, use an authorised payment method and use the Website lawfully. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and should notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
4. Product information
We take reasonable steps to present product names, specifications, images, colours, features, availability and prices accurately. Actual appearance may vary slightly because of screens, lighting and reasonable manufacturing tolerances. We will not knowingly provide misleading descriptions or omit material information.
5. Prices, taxes and currency
The checkout currency applies to your purchase. Unless stated otherwise, import duties, taxes, customs fees and other destination charges may not be included and are the customer’s responsibility. Banks or payment providers may charge currency-conversion fees. If a price is clearly caused by a material technical error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund any amount paid.
6. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation or expressly accept the order. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including lack of stock, an obvious pricing error, failed payment, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud or legal requirements. If we cancel after payment, we normally refund the original payment method.
7. Shipping and delivery
Processing times, methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown on product pages, shipping information or checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. You must provide complete and accurate delivery details. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains change-of-mind returns and procedures. Australian consumers also receive statutory consumer guarantees. For a major failure, a consumer may choose a refund or replacement; for a minor failure, we may provide a free repair within a reasonable time. These rights cannot be excluded by these Terms.
9. Promotions
Discounts and promotional offers may have additional terms. Unless stated otherwise, they are not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined, apply only during the stated period and may be cancelled if obtained through fraud or misuse.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use the Website unlawfully, access systems or data without authority, distribute malware, interfere with payment or security features, impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the Website for fraudulent transactions.
11. Reviews and user content
You must own or have permission to submit content, describe genuine experience, disclose material connections and avoid unlawful, deceptive or infringing content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, translate and distribute submitted content as reasonably required to operate and market the Website. You retain ownership of your original content.
12. Intellectual property
Website text, design, software, images, video, logos and product content may be owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by law or with written permission, you may not copy, modify, sell or commercially exploit Website content.
13. Third-party services
Third-party websites, payment services, tracking services and social networks operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Website availability
We take reasonable steps to maintain the Website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be restricted temporarily for maintenance, security, updates or legal requirements.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Where permitted, liability relating directly to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

17. Changes
We may update these Terms for legal, security, payment or Website changes. Updated Terms and the revision date will be published here. Material changes do not apply retrospectively to completed orders unless law permits.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not exclude any mandatory rights available to consumers in Australia or another jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
